My main focus is on helping organization, teams, leaders and individuals in times of change.
I have a background in social- and behavioral psychology (MSc) with a 18 year career path covering different industries and roles. During my career I fulfilled more than 40 different change management and transformation projects, which gives me an in-depth operational knowledge of business and understanding of what drives people, organizations and teams to change and transform.
My strength lays in uncovering and explaining why people think and act as they do and by applying psychological breakthroughs to make change happen, on a personal as well on a business level.
I have been an entrepreneur for many years (both earlier in my career as well as in the past 9 years), managing a successful consulting business and participating in (online) start-ups. I have experienced failures and successes, both giving me the hands on experience to add real value for her clients.
In my spare time, I am an avid triathlete, skier and climber. I live with my husband and 7 year old daughter in Coppet, Switzerland.
